## Pre-Order Policy

### 1. What is a Pre-Order?

Items marked as *pre-order* are not currently in stock and are produced or sourced after your order is placed.

### 2. Processing & Shipping Time

Pre-order items require approximately **3–4 weeks for processing and shipping**.
Please note that these timeframes are **estimates** and may vary due to production or logistical factors.

### 3. Shipping of Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we reserve the right to ship all items together once the pre-order item is ready. Partial shipments may be made at our discretion.

### 4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-order items.

### 5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders for pre-order items may only be cancelled or modified before production has started. After this point, cancellations may no longer be possible.

### 6. Right of Withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal under German and EU consumer protection law remains unaffected. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

### 7. Delays

In the event of unexpected delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. If delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with legal requirements.
